The NHS in Leeds is encouraging students in Leeds to seek help with their mental health and wellbeing with their local campaign, Feel Better. In a recent survey from the National Union of Students (NUS) more than 50% of students say their mental health has declined since the coronavirus pandemic began, with many of them feeling stress, loneliness, anxiety and depression.
A new campaign has been launched in Leeds to raise awareness that people aged 60 and over are at greater risk of health complications from COVID-19 and how people can continue to stay active and connected safely while reducing physical contact.
