We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM). The purpose of the meeting is to share information with you about the work of NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group and to help you understand more about our plans for the future.
When: Wednesday 26 September 2018
Where: St George’s Centre, 60 Great George Street, Leeds, LS1 3DL
Time: 4.30pm – 5.30pm (refreshments from 4.00pm)
At the AGM we will present the three former Leeds CCGs’ annual reports as well as the annual review. The annual review is a shorter document, which will give you the chance to find out what the CCG has achieved and the challenges we’ve faced over the past year. You will also have the opportunity to put your questions to our Governing Body members. If you would like to submit a question in advance, please let us know when you register to attend.
We are holding our event at the St George’s Centre which is situated at the bottom of Great George Street, next to the Leeds General Infirmary and opposite Firehouse Fitness Health Club beside the footbridge. The St George’s Centre is two minutes’ walk from a bus stop served by the city centre circular bus route which stops at Leeds City Station, Leeds Town Hall, and Leeds City College.
Street parking is available in the immediate vicinity, on Great George Street, Thorseby Place and Portland Street. During Monday to Saturday (8.00am to 6.00pm) this currently operates on a ‘Pay & Display’ ticket basis, with a maximum stay of 2 hours and no return within 1 hour. There is also parking at The Light, St Johns Centre and Merrion Centre which are about a 10 minute walk from the St George’s Centre.
We very much hope that you will be able to attend. If you are attending, we would be grateful if you could complete the reply slip and please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0113 8435470. This will help us to ensure we have sufficient refreshments in place for you.
