Working with us

As a relatively new organisation we are keen to develop a fresh approach to commissioning that really delivers results for local people.

We do this by working closely with our member practices so that we have the right support available to us from health and care professionals before we decide on our future plans. We look to involve local people, including patients and carers, as well as community groups so that we have the right mechanisms in place to listen and act upon patient and public feedback.

To help us deliver our ambitious objectives we are developing an environment where people have the opportunity to explore new ideas, new ways of working and get actively involved in the work we do.

If you would like to work for us, we’d love to hear from you. All our vacancies are advertised online on NHS Jobs. Good luck and maybe you can join us in our quest to achieve the best health and care in all our communities.

Employment Breaks

Some members of staff during their NHS employment may wish to take a break from work for a variety of personal reasons. We are committed to enable staff to balance work with commitments and responsibilities outside work. Members of staff who need to stop work for a limited period (to care for dependents in particular) have the opportunity to return to work on the same terms and conditions they were previously employed on.
