NHS England has developed a short film for people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people about vaccination. It talks about coronavirus and the coronavirus vaccine. It describes what a vaccine is and how you might feel when you have the vaccine and how important it is to have the vaccine.
In this video from Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Alison Conyers, Lead Professional for Learning Disabilities and Autism, talks about the importance of getting your vaccination, especially for people who are clinically vulnerable, and how you don’t need to be afraid. You can see what happens at the vaccine centre and how to ask for help.
