NHS England were asking for feedback on the draft refreshed NHS Continuing Healthcare (NHS CHC) Redress Guidance for CCGs.
The draft is to be used when considering NHS Continuing Health Care (CHC) redress payments for individuals. The document has been updated to reflect the ‘Principles for Remedy’ from the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) for all public bodies. The most up to date version of the guidance is below:
