Our member practices

NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is made up of 101* GP practices across the city.

The CCG engages with local clinicians, particularly with health and care staff based within our member practices, so that our commissioning plans are based on the latest clinical advice and evidence and reflect local populations.

Our members participate in local quality improvement initiatives that contribute to the delivery of key strategic priorities, these will support improvements in the health needs of the population of Leeds such as improving the management of patients with diabetes, cardiovascular or respiratory disease. We also work with members on implementing actions identified within the GP Forward View such as improving access, developing the workforce and developing new models of care delivery.

*For transparency there are 99 practices across the City but this includes two practices with specialist contracts for specific patient cohorts

Details of primary care networks and associated practices can be found on the Leeds GP Confederation website.
